Rates $89 - $139 per night

All rates provided are in Canadian dollars.

1. The River Gate Inn Bed and Breakfast is pleased to offer year round availability.
2. Rates include a full gourmet breakfast for double occupancy and include use of all amenities when possible.
3. Children (ages 10 and under) stay for $10 extra per night.
4. Additional guests (ages 11 and older) are $35 extra per night.
5. Check in* times are between 3 and 8 p.m.
6. Check out* time is 12 noon.

Group Rates

Reserving the entire Inn provides groups with privacy and convenience for planning outings, relaxing by the pool, or getting ready for a wedding! Full use of the amenities is included as well as gourmet breakfasts.

Additionally, please review the policies below for group bookings.
May 1st - September 30th: $850.00 plus taxes per night
October 1st - November 30th: $750.00 plus taxes per night **
December 1st - January 1st: $850.00 plus taxes per night
January 2nd - April 30th: $750.00 plus taxes per night **

** One night group reservations are accepted during this time excluding long weekends. Please inquire about maximum guests allowed.

Policies

• No smoking: River Gate Inn will charge a minimum $100 fee to eliminate odours caused by smoking as a consideration to our non-smoking guests. Please smoke outside.
• Reservation Policy: Reservations longer than 3 nights require a 25% deposit subject to the cancellation policy. From April 1 - September 30. For all weekends during this time a minimum 2 night reservation is required. all long weekends throughout the year require a 3 night reservation for groups.
• Cancellation Policy: 7 days notice is required for cancellation of a reservation 3 nights and longer. A minimum 72 hours notice is required for cancellation of a reservation for less than 3 nights.
  
  If a cancellation occurs for any reason without sufficient notification we will try our best to fill the reservation thereby avoiding any cancellation costs. Otherwise, failure to recognize these timeframes will result in a charge of 50% of the total cost of the reservation plus a $30 administration charge. Full room rates will be charged for the complete reservation for late arrivals and early departures.
  
  River Gate Inn Bed and Breakfast recommends that our guests purchase travel insurance. Should unforeseen circumstances cause a loss, we have no problem verifying your booking for your insurance company.
